2. Compact Body Structure
The Barrel Corrugated Roll Forming Machine is driven by a main motor with deceleration, which drives the upper and lower barrel-shaped forming rolls to operate synchronously through a precision gear mechanism. The two rolls always maintain a stable meshing state to ensure forming accuracy. The sheet metal is placed on a movable workbench and fed accurately by a crank feeding mechanism, which effectively prevents the sheet metal from shifting or misaligning when entering the Barrel Corrugated Roll Forming Machine. After forming, the discharge roll can accurately correct the wave crest height to ensure that the wave crest height is stably maintained at 76mm.
