The automatic C/Z interchangeable purlin roll forming machine is designed for high-efficiency steel structure production. It enables rapid switching between C and Z profiles without changing rollers, significantly improving flexibility and productivity. Equipped with PLC intelligent control, precision punching, high-strength Cr12 forming rollers, and an upgraded hydraulic cutting system, the machine ensures accurate, stable, and continuous production. With customizable configurations and strong structural design, it is ideal for long-term industrial-grade manufacturing.
The system uses an advanced automatic adjustment mechanism that enables quick switching between C and Z profiles on the same line—no roller replacement required. Changeover takes only minutes, offering excellent flexibility for multi-size or fast-turnaround production demands.

The machine can process steel up to 345 MPa while maintaining excellent straightness and dimensional accuracy. A reinforced frame combined with precision-machined components ensures reliable operation even under extended high-speed production.

Forming speed reaches 8–15 m/min. Integrated pre-punching, pre-shearing, and automatic length measurement allow continuous production with minimized downtime. The high level of automation significantly reduces labor costs and increases productivity.

Equipped with an international-brand PLC, the system offers full automatic control of feeding, punching, forming, and cutting. The user-friendly interface supports multiple languages (EN/ES/PT/CN), enabling rapid operator training and safer daily operation.

Punching is performed on flat material with high accuracy under PLC control. Cr12 punching dies are heat-treated for extended durability and can be customized according to drawings, including hole type, spacing, and arrangement. Punching bars and molds can be replaced quickly and easily.

The forming section uses Cr12 tool steel rollers (21 stations), ensuring precise shape and clean edges. Main shafts are made of 40Cr alloy steel, double-ground, and measure 75–85 mm in diameter, providing strong load capacity and exceptional stability during high-speed operation.
The innovative hydraulic cutting system supports both C and Z profiles. The cutting mold can be adjusted for different sizes without complete die replacement, reducing downtime and improving continuous production capability.
The production line includes an uncoiler, leveling-feeding unit, punching system, forming section, hydraulic cutting, runout table, and hydraulic station. All components can be upgraded upon request, including hydraulic uncoilers, automatic stacking, or layout optimization, making the line ideal for long-term industrial use.
