This metal sheet slitting machine is specially designed for medium and heavy-gauge metal sheet processing. Combining leveling and slitting functions into one integrated system, the machine can level metal coils and accurately slit them into 3 strips in one operation (customizable slitting quantity available upon request).
Suitable for processing a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and more, it is an ideal pre-processing solution for industries such as steel structure fabrication, metalworking, machinery manufacturing, and heavy industrial processing.

Leveling and slitting processes are completed simultaneously, eliminating secondary material handling and reducing production time significantly. This integrated design lowers labor costs while preventing sheet deformation and dimensional errors caused by repeated transportation.
The machine frame is constructed with a heavy-duty welded steel structure, combined with a high-torque drive system and high-strength knife shafts, enabling stable processing of metal sheets up to 10mm thickness.

The slitting shaft is equipped with 3 sets of adjustable circular knives. Knife spacing can be quickly adjusted according to finished product width requirements, and knife configurations can be changed to accommodate different slitting quantities based on production orders.
Combined with a precision gear synchronous transmission system, the machine maintains slitting width tolerance within ±1mm, ensuring stable and reliable dimensional accuracy.
Equipped with a PLC + Touch Screen Control System, the machine supports one-touch parameter setting for feeding speed, slitting specifications, leveling pressure, and other processing data.
The system offers intuitive and user-friendly operation and can be integrated with decoilers, recoilers, or cut-to-length machines to form a fully automated continuous production line.
