Product Overview

This XINNUO dedicated W-beam production line is engineered for manufacturers who focus on the most widely used 2-wave highway guardrail profile. By utilizing a high-torque dual-motor drive system and oversized 100mm solid shafts, the machine ensures stable forming of thick galvanized coils without profile drift. The integrated pre-cutting and 3-station punching units allow for the continuous production of finished panels with exact hole alignment, ready for immediate site installation.
