The XINNUO Arching machine is a fully automatic professional equipment specifically designed for forming trapezoidal metal tiles made of galvanized steel, Zincalume, Galvalume, pre-painted steel sheets, and other materials. This machine combines high-precision processing, excellent structural durability, and ease of operation, making it ideal for large-scale, standardized production of metal tiles, fully meeting the strict requirements of bending and forming processes.
Machine Structure (High Strength and Durability)
The main structure is made of 300mm U-shaped steel in accordance with national standards, fully welded, and reinforced with 14mm-thick central plates. After strict welding and reinforcement processes, the machine offers high load-bearing capacity and excellent structural stability, preventing deformation or vibration even under continuous high-load operation.
The central section uses cast steel connecting plates, further enhancing overall rigidity. Even under continuous high-intensity work, the machine maintains stable operation without deviation, ensuring consistent processing accuracy.

Transmission and Power System
The machine adopts an internal gear transmission system, replacing complex servo systems, which ensures higher reliability, stability, and lower maintenance costs. It is driven by a standard 4 kW motor, providing stable output power and high transmission efficiency.
The main transmission points use high-speed 210 model double-sealed, maintenance-free bearings, offering excellent protection against dust and debris, eliminating frequent lubrication, and extending component lifespan.
The hydraulic unit has a power of 5.5 kW, providing sufficient force during the bending process to achieve uniform, high-quality forming for various types of trapezoidal tiles.

High-Precision Components
The machine is equipped with 70mm-diameter high-precision drive shafts, machined and dynamically balanced to ensure stable rotation without vibration or jamming. This guarantees uniform material feeding, preventing misalignment or wrinkling of the sheets.
The forming rollers are made of high-quality A3 steel and treated with hard chrome on the surface, offering high hardness and excellent wear resistance. Even during continuous processing of galvanized or coated sheets, the material surface remains undamaged, ensuring perfect appearance and dimensional accuracy.

Intelligent Control System and Operation
The machine is fully automatic and equipped with three computer control units along with a dedicated PLC panel, achieving high-precision control and a high level of automation. The entire process, from feeding to forming, can be completed automatically.
The operation panel is ergonomically designed, including a dedicated space for A4 production orders, allowing quick reference and data entry, reducing errors, and improving operational efficiency.
The PLC cabinet follows industrial standards, with optimized internal layout, high protection level, and easy maintenance.
